About Us
We’re an owner-run coffee roastery based in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town. We’ve been around for more than 15 years, so although we’ve flown under the radar, we’re not new to this business, nor are we a fly-by-night operation. Our focus has, and always will be, our clients: fostering positive, long-term relationships, providing great coffee (at reasonable prices), and ensuring our service speaks for itself. Service
You can buy good coffee from a number of wholesalers, but we understand that that’s not all that matters. Service is key. Reliable deliveries (including emergency deliveries), equipment servicing and breakdown repairs will matter at some point. We’re so confident in our client servicing that we’d encourage you to ask us for references check up on us to see how we measure up.

Let’s face it: price matters. In an ever-increasingly difficult economy, we need to work harder at making our margins. At Baseline Coffee Roasters, we do a few things to help keep most of our prices down. Primarily, we believe in SHOPPING SMART: we look for great, premium coffees that are well priced due to their availability in the marketplace. This not only assists us in maintaining great prices, but also ensures that we’re able to maintain the consistency of our flagship coffees. With wholesale (bulk) pricing starting from only R235 p/kg excl. VAT (minimum volumes required), there’s no excuse for price to stand in the way of serving great coffee.
